The website records privacy-safe activity such as page views, booking-page visits, broad device class, country code supplied by the hosting network, and clicks toward WhatsApp, social channels, or Maps. The Firstclass website database does not store IP addresses or create device fingerprints.

An anonymous identifier exists only in the current browser tab via session storage. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable this website analytics collection.

Your skin stays on your device.

Body photos and raw camera frames used for placement preview remain in your browser. They are never sent to the studio database or the optional design generator.

If AI design generation is available and you deliberately use it, only the written idea and selected visual direction are processed by the AI provider. Firstclass does not store that prompt or the generated image; the result returns directly to your private local preview.

Saved only with consent.

When you submit the consultation brief, Firstclass stores the details you entered: name, contact, preferred artist, idea, placement, estimated size, finish, preferred date, source, and follow-up status. The form requires explicit consent before it can be saved.

The saved brief then opens the official studio WhatsApp so the conversation, estimate, schedule, and deposit confirmation remain with Firstclass Tattoo Studio.

The dashboard stays private.

Lead details and aggregate site activity are available only inside a protected admin dashboard. Access requires an authenticated ChatGPT account and a server-side Firstclass owner allowlist. Public visitors cannot open or update lead records.

Hosting and messaging providers may process operational data under their own policies when they deliver the site or WhatsApp service.

Ask, correct, or delete.

You may ask what consultation information is held, request a correction, or ask the studio to delete it when it is no longer required for your consultation or legal obligations.
