02 / STUDIO POLICY
Clear before permanent
The agreement.
These policies protect the artist's time, the client's readiness, and a fair process. The official WhatsApp confirmation is the final booking reference.
Deposit & confirmation
The Rp500,000 deposit is credited toward the final payment. A session is secured only after the studio confirms receipt. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Payment details are shared only through the official studio WhatsApp.
Reschedule
Contact the studio at least 48 hours before your session. You may reschedule once. A second change or short-notice request may require a new deposit; emergencies are assessed by the studio.
Cancellation & no-show
Cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. A new booking requires a new deposit. The studio may decline a session when a client's condition is unsafe or unsuitable for tattooing.
Arrival & late tolerance
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. The maximum late tolerance is 30 minutes; lateness may reduce session time without reducing the fee. Beyond 30 minutes, the session may be cancelled or rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.
Design revision
One minor revision is included. Major changes may require a new brief, quote, duration, date, or deposit. The artist protects safety, readability, anatomy, and long-term quality. You approve the stencil and placement before tattooing begins.
Payment & touch-up
The remaining balance is paid after the session or at an agreed project milestone; the deposit is deducted from the total. Touch-ups are assessed after healing and depend on aftercare compliance. Neglect or a change of design may incur a fee.
Health & consent
Safe enough to say no.
Clients must be 18 or older and may be asked to present official identification. Disclose allergies, skin conditions, medication, a history of fainting, bleeding disorders, or other relevant medical conditions.
The studio may postpone or decline a client who is intoxicated, unwell, has an active infection, cannot provide consent, or is assessed as unsafe. The studio does not provide medical diagnoses; consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns.
