01Can I consult before committing to a booking?+
Yes. Send your idea, placement, estimated size, black-and-grey or colour preference, preferred date, and visual references through WhatsApp. The studio will help match your brief to the most relevant artist and provide an initial estimate.
02What is the minimum charge?+
The minimum charge is 30 minutes. Your final estimate depends on detail, size, placement, complexity, colour, skin condition, and the expected session time.
03How do I secure a session date?+
A date is secured after consultation, schedule confirmation, and receipt of the Rp500,000 deposit. The deposit is credited toward your final payment and is non-refundable if you cancel.
04Do you accept walk-ins?+
The studio works by appointment. Arriving without a confirmed booking does not guarantee an available artist or session slot.
05What if I need to reschedule?+
Contact the studio at least 48 hours before your session. You may reschedule once. Further changes or short-notice requests may require a new deposit; emergencies are reviewed by the studio.
06Can I get tattooed if I am under 18?+
No. Clients must be at least 18 years old and may be asked to present official identification. Proxy or parental consent does not override this policy.
07Can I bring a design from the internet?+
You may bring it as a directional reference. Your artist will translate it into an original, body-aware design instead of directly copying another artist's work.
08Do you offer touch-ups?+
Touch-up eligibility is assessed by the artist after the tattoo has healed. It depends on the healing result and aftercare compliance; damage from neglect or design changes may incur a fee.
